Banville Law was founded by Laurence P. Banville because Mr. Banville wanted to lead a firm that provides innocent people (New Yorkers) who have been injured access to professional legal counsel. Laurence P. Banville - Attorney At Law

Mr. Banville is the public face of Banville Law, and leads the personal injury law firm with his vision of making sure that those who seek justice, get it. Mr. Banville’s background is one of hard work, determination, and an energy to succeed in everything he does. He ensures that all at the law firm bring those three qualities to your case.

Mr. Banville grew up in a small town in the southeast of Ireland, County Wexford. He studied hard and left his small village to go to Dublin to further his studies. Mr. Banville attended Law School in Ireland at University College Dublin. He graduated with a GPA equivalent 4.0 and received President’s honors. Upon graduating, Mr. Banville moved to the United States of America where he worked at law firms, refining his litigation and brief writing crafts.

Mr. Banville spent some time defending companies who manufactured asbestos containing products. Here he learned valuable skills that he brings to Banville Law. In defending these companies and representing insurance companies,

Mr. Banville became aware of the strategies that the defense takes in toxic tort and such personal injury cases.

This knowledge has been imparted on the staff of Banville Law and is one of the reasons why we are able to vehemently represent our clients interests and secure just compensation in settlement negotiations. Our team will not let the insurance companies bully you.

Mr. Banville is licensed to practice law in the state of New York. He is the recipient of the Irish Legal 100 and the Top 40 Under 40 awards. Mr. Banville is active in the Irish American community and currently sits on the national board of the Irish Network of USA.

Mr. Banville is married and enjoys soccer, football, baseball, golf, hockey, and reading.
