Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an accessible website, and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.
Last reviewed: October 6, 2026
Banville Law wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Pages use semantic HTML with a single, descriptive heading structure.
- Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- A “skip to content” link and visible keyboard focus indicators are provided.
- Text colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Forms are labeled and can be completed with a keyboard.
- The site respects reduced-motion settings and supports text resizing up to 200%.
An ongoing effort
We review the site periodically and fix problems as we find them. If anything on this site is difficult for you to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us and we will work to get you what you need.
