Privacy Policy

How banvillelaw.com collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what information banvillelaw.com collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use a case review form we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share about what happened (such as the date, location and a description). Please don’t include confidential details you aren’t comfortable sharing until you’ve spoken with an attorney.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting providers (WP Engine and Cloudflare) record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use what you send us to review your inquiry and contact you about it. Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to the case-management system we use to track inquiries. We do not sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

If your matter is one we may refer to, or co-counsel with, another law firm, we will discuss that with you before sharing details of your case.

Services that process data for us

  • CleanTalk screens form submissions for spam. The submission is checked by CleanTalk’s service.
  • Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.
  • Google Maps displays our office map. Google may set cookies when the map loads.
  • WP Engine (hosting) and Cloudflare (security and delivery) handle site traffic.

Cookies

The site itself uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. The third-party services above may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Confidentiality and attorney-client relationship

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. We treat what you send in confidence, but please don’t send time-sensitive or highly sensitive information until we have confirmed that we can help you.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our professional obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ad***@*********aw.com.
