For 90 years, Westchester families have been visiting Playland Amusement park, a.k.a. Rye Playland, for fun summer days. This iconic amusement park has even made several appearances in pop culture, including various television shows, movies, music, and literary references. It’s also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Many families from NYC also take the drive out to Westchester for an exciting day at the park.
