For years, the attorneys at Banville Law have helped the victims of personal injury accidents recover the compensation that they need to get back on their feet and build a brighter future. Of course a new client's first question is "How can you help me?". Here's how.
When we are contacted we carefully review all of the facts relating to the case, the accident, and our client. We then identify all possible legal opportunities and communicate these options to our client. If they choose to pursue legal action, we then begin to build the case by consulting with medical and industry experts, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and filing all of the necessary paperwork.
Throughout all of this you can expect that we will always be available to answer any questions that you may have and that we will always update you on any changes to your case. This is because we believe that the best lawyer-client relationships are built on communication. We also will work with you to prepare you for a courtroom experience. Although the majority of all cases result in a settlement, we want you to be comfortable should the case go to trial.
Should a settlement offer be made by the defendants, our attorneys will help you to understand all of your options. Just because an offer has been made doesn't mean that you need to accept. We can work to negotiate a fair settlement, one that will help you to cover all losses, such as:
